I decided to start this site to help others find successful weight loss through liquid diets.
After unsuccessfully trying almost every diet known to man, I found Medifast and it works wonders for me.
I needed a plan that worked quickly or I did not stay motivated. It was “not worth it” to obey all the “diet rules”and still not see that scale move.
Medifast was different. I was able to eat great tasting shakes and meals and see the scale move quickly.
